Collections, search, and filters
Configure collections in Shopify Products → Collections first. The theme cannot create or populate the merchant’s catalog by itself.
Collection template
Section titled “Collection template”Open a collection in the editor and choose Main collection. Elyvero RC43 has settings for columns across devices, product card styles, banner presentation, sorting, filtering, pagination, and optional SEO text.
Filter configuration
Section titled “Filter configuration”Filters require supported Shopify product data and storefront filtering setup. Enabling a filter in the theme will not magically create missing product attributes. Confirm the filtering source in Shopify, then test filter selection and clearing.
Search
Section titled “Search”Use the search field with a known product name, a partial query, and a query that returns no results. Test product, page, and article search results if those content types are enabled.
Practical checks
Section titled “Practical checks”- Verify price ranges and sort order with several real products.
- Confirm pagination or load behavior in a large collection.
- Test search and filters on mobile.
- Confirm empty and sold-out product states.
