Section titled “Support”Nymphora is preparing a dedicated support channel for Elyvero. A verified help desk address and contact form will be published here before the theme is offered for commercial sale.
Until then, this documentation site is in pre-release preparation and does not promise a staffed public support service.
What to include in a request

- Shopify store URL (never your admin credentials)
- The affected page or template
- Clear steps to reproduce
- Device/browser and screenshots
Version compatibility
Section titled “Version compatibility”These guides refer to RC43 and will be updated when a public stable release is prepared. Review each setting against the actual installed version.
